PropNet privacy notice

Who is responsible

Adrian Standage is the controller for the personal data described below. Contact: propnet@standagedigital.co.uk.

What stays on your device

Properties, income, expenses, receipts, photos, your profile and your settings are saved in your browser's storage on your device. We do not collect, receive or store them on any server. The app has no advertising or tracking tools.

What we do receive

• Licence checks: when you activate or check a Pro licence, the app sends your licence key and a device label (for example "PropNet Android") to Lemon Squeezy to confirm it is valid. It does not send your records.
• Purchases: Lemon Squeezy takes your payment as seller of record and holds your payment details. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can provide your licence and support.
• Support emails: if you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can help you.
• Hosting: PropNet is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical data such as your IP address when the app loads, under its own privacy statement.
• Fonts: the app loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your device connects to Google, which can see technical data such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy. No records are sent.
• Visit counting: the app and website use GoatCounter to count page visits and button taps. It uses no cookies and does not identify you. It sees technical data such as page, browser type and rough location, under its own privacy policy. No records are sent.

Why we use it, and for how long

To provide your licence and support, to meet our legal and accounting duties, and to run the service (performance of a contract and legitimate interests). We keep purchase records as long as the law requires and support emails for as long as needed to help you, then delete them.

Who we share it with

Lemon Squeezy (payments and licences), GitHub (hosting), GoatCounter (visit counts), Google (fonts, and Gmail for support emails). We do not sell your data. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Notifications

If you turn on reminders, notifications are created on your device when you open the app. No notification service on our side sees your dates.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict some uses. Email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Deleting your data

To remove your records from your device, clear the site's data in your browser or uninstall the app. Make a backup first if you want to keep them.
