PropNet is a record-keeping and ledger app for landlords and holiday-let hosts. It does not give tax, legal or financial advice. It is not HMRC-recognised software and it does not file anything with HMRC.
Figures, estimates, Section 24 calculations and SA105 summaries are based only on what you enter. Tax rules and form box numbers change. Please check everything with a qualified accountant or HMRC guidance before you file. You stay responsible for your own tax return.
Your records are stored in your own browser on your own device. We do not receive them and cannot see them. This also means we cannot recover your data if you lose or change your phone, clear your browser data or uninstall the app, unless you saved a backup file. Please make backups regularly using Export & backup in the app, and keep them somewhere safe.
Price: launch price £39.99 for the first year, then £29.99 a year on renewal. Your payment covers updates and email support while your licence is active. Prices include any taxes shown at checkout. We may change prices for new customers and for future renewals; we will not change the price of a year you have already paid for, and you can cancel before a renewal at the new price.
Licence: a licence key is for your own use on up to about 3 devices. You can deactivate a device in the app and activate another. Please do not share or resell keys.
Pro is a yearly subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel at any time using the link in your payment receipt email or by emailing us. If you cancel or do not renew, Pro features pause at the end of the paid year. PropNet keeps working on the free plan, and your data, backups and restores remain yours. Our payment provider normally sends a reminder email before a renewal.
If PropNet isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund you. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Email support is included. We aim to reply within a few working days. Support covers using the app. We can't recover data that was not backed up, and we can't give tax advice.
We update PropNet from time to time, for example for new tax-year figures. We may add, change or remove features. We will try to keep your saved data working when we update the app.
We provide PropNet with reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses caused by errors in what you enter, by relying on estimates without checking them, or by lost data that was not backed up. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the seller of record. See our privacy notice for how personal data is handled.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless you live elsewhere in the UK and your local law gives you the right to rely on it.
